Nicaragua One Day
Visit a second country and Explore Nicaragua’s most famous and beautiful highlights in this One Day tour from Costa Rica!
It is one of the countries with one of the most amazing colonial architecture that has been preserved, also it have one of the a few volcanoes in the planet where you are able to get to the top of the crater and see the lava boiling in the bottom without doing any hikes.
Your day will start with an early pick up at your hotel, then we go to the Nicaraguan border, after the migration process all the fun and culture in Nicaragua will be awaiting for us! Our first stop in Nicaragua will be to have breakfast in an small local restaurant in front of the Nicaraguan Lake where you can observe the two volcanos at Ometepe island that is the biggest island in a lake in the world and is known as the “Sacred Site” where the gods dwelt. After breakfast we will drive trough small villages to get to Catarina Volcano Outlook Point where you will enjoy an incredible view over the dormant volcano to see the lagoon it has in the crater, here you will have some time off for shopping in the small souvenir tents attended by locals. Then is time for a unique life experience visiting the imposing Masaya Volcano, we will drive all the way to the top where you will have the opportunity to see from the crater the lava boiling in the bottom, after this awesome experience we will visit the city of Granada that is a colonial treasure of the Spanish architecture fully of vibrant colors and a lot of culture to see and learn. In Granada we will experience the Nicaraguan cuisine having a delicious typical lunch at a local restaurant, also will enjoy an unforgettable city tour by the popular Nicaraguan horse carriage and will take a boat trip trough the more than 365 beautiful islands in the Nicaraguan lake called Las Isletas where you will have the opportunity to spot monkeys, different types of birds and many more. After all this adventures we will be ready to comeback to Costa Rica. It will be a quiet bus ride that you can use this time to get some rest while you get back to your hotel.
- Be aware that you will be visiting a different Country in a bus so it means you will spend a good amount of time on road, also you will have to cross a brother twice and do the immigration process so the time on this two situations depends on many factors that are completely out of our control.

Price
-From Papagayo Area $180 per person plus Tax.
-From Dreams Las Mareas $190 per person plus Tax.
-Kids 5 to 10 years old pay $20 less than adults.
-Kids 0 to 4 years old pay half price of adults.
Costa Rica has a 13% sales taxes over the prices that will be added.
Cancelation Policy
*All cancelations before 72 hours of the service are subject to a 10% service fee.
*Other Cancelations before 72 hours of the service, deposits will be refund.
*Other Cancelations with less than 72 hours but before 24 hours of the service, Company will keep 100% of the deposit.
*No show or Other Cancelations with less than 24 hours client must pay 50% of the balance due.
*Private services, No show or Other Cancelations, with less than 24 hours client must pay 100% of the balance due.
*Deposits for Private boat tours are non refundable if cancellation is with less than 30 days prior to the day reserved.
*Client must be at pick up location 5 minutes prior to stated pick up time*
